职位描述
Responsibility:
? Provides customers with timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests. Demonstrates expert knowledge in guiding HR//direct and other Business representatives on HR system applications and capabilities. Develop, maintain and use tools that ensure appropriate support to the customer base include maintaining up-to-date knowledge entries, continuous process improvement, sharing knowledge with peers, and timely communication to impacted populations.
? Ensures the HR Systems operate in a way to effectively support Bayer’s HR policies and practices.
? Ensure the delivery of HR systems and programs are in compliance with applicable regulations (i.e. GISC) and make certain regulatory process are followed. Additionally, the position requires 100% compliance with all internal business controls (ICS).
? This position requires a deep understanding of the Bayer Human Resources systems as well as the operating model to foster partnering between the process teams when changes are needed to any process which in turn may impact other processes.
? This position must successfully partner in a complex working environment and manage the challenges of preserving local needs while aligning with globally approved models.
? Continually build on the partnership between the HR Application and HR Direct to increase efficiencies of the HR Services Organization.
Requirement:
? Bachelor’s of Computer Science in Business or a related field
? Minimum 4+ years of related experience including HR Information Systems
? English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form
? Working knowledge of HR systems and report writing applications (ABAP4,JAVA etc.)
? Deep understanding of the Bayer Human Resources systems & operating model
? Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot while developing viable solutions
? Experience working in a team oriented and customer service environment
? Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
? Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
? Ability to handle stressful situations with diplomacy and tact
? Demonstrated experience interacting with employees at all levels
? Ability to perform well under pressure
? Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously
? Extensive knowledge and experience with computer software applications such as Access, Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook
