Tasks Description

Position: TE Supervisor

Major tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions by leading, managing and motivating a team of 10-25 accountants and accounting specialists

Ensure a cross-trained and multi-skilled, proactive team

Provide a high quality process performance

Manage the continuous improvement in team and individual performance

Follow up and resolve issues and queries from internal and external stakeholders

Comply with policies and procedures

Contribute to process effectiveness

Review and report results

Assist in measuring performance against Service Level Agreements

Requirements Description

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences)

Education:

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Certified Public Accountant or comparable professional education

Experience & Knowledge:

Professional Experience of 4-8 years in Accounting in one of the processes

Leadership experience

Sound SAP understanding

Core Competencies & Skills:

Profound technical knowledge of general accounting knowledge and International Accounting Standards

Excellent oral and written communication skills

English language skills mandatory, any other language beneficial

Proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
