职位描述
职责描述：
· 负责设计项目的主体创意及方案完善；
· 与客户部紧密协作，共同完成项目投标，提供符合客户及市场需求的方案；
· 组织设计团队，监督，指导其他设计师完成设计任务，确保工作顺利，及时，高效地完成；
· 开发相关设计资源，参与公司整体业务拓展。
任职要求：
· 平面设计、艺术，广告，印刷等相关专业的教育背景；
· 3年以上行业工作经验，拥有成功的平面广告及会议活动设计经验，有成功案例；
· 具备优秀的设计理念和创意能力，熟悉市场活动及客户服务要求；
· 具有优秀的表达与沟通能力，良好的团队合作经验;
· 具备独立完成项目的能力，成本预算能力，能把控设计项目前后端的实施；
· 乐观，积极的工作态度及敢于承担，认真负责的敬业精神；
· 学习能力强，乐于不断提高自我能力；
· 精通设计（跨Mac, PC平台）软件，熟练掌握相关办公软件。
