职位描述
职责描述：
· 领导项目团队执行具体项目的计划和实施，达成预期的市场或传播目标；
· 与客户有效互动沟通，了解客户需求，提供创新，高效，可行的解决方案；
· 管理整合内外资源，制定工作流程，推进项目，使之能在预算的时间和费用内完成；
· 开发新的资源，技术，媒介，并运用到项目运作中；
· 负责对下属EM、EE进行日常管理，保证团队的工作质量，并带动员工个人发展；
· 参与公司业务及市场策略的制定，推动整个公司发展。
任职要求：
· 中英文表达能力；?
· 3年以上相关行业的项目管理及执行经验，有成功案例；
· 熟悉会展，活动行业运作模式，具很强的预算能力，应变能力及丰富的资源管理经验；
· 良好的沟通协调，谈判能力，出色的团队管理能力；?
· 工作责任心强，能承受较大工作压力，能够不断挑战自我。
