职位描述
职责描述：
· 负责设计项目的主体创意及方案完善；
· 与客户部紧密协作，共同完成项目投标，提供符合客户及市场需求的方案；
· 组织设计团队，监督，指导其他设计师完成设计任务，确保工作顺利，及时，高效地完成；
· 参与项目实施及预算管理，组织施工图纸，材料选择，及资源分配；
· 开发相关设计资源，参与公司整体业务拓展。
任职要求：
· 会展，舞美，市内及建筑设计、艺术，等相关专业的教育背景；
