职位描述
职责描述：
· 负责设计项目的主体创意，方案完善及后期实施；
· 与客户部紧密协作，共同完成项目投标，提供符合客户及市场需求的方案；
· 开发相关设计资源，参与公司整体业务拓展。
任职要求：
· 会展，舞美，市内及建筑设计、艺术，等相关专业的教育背景；
· 2年以上会议活动、舞美设计工作经验， 有成功的中标案例；
· 能够把握客户的需求和不同行业的设计风格，熟悉平面及立体三维设计，对材料、灯光、造型的组合运用及整体效果的有优秀的把控能力；
· 具备优秀的设计理念和创意能力，熟悉市场活动及客户服务要求；
· 具有优秀的表达与沟通能力，良好的团队合作经验;
· 乐观，积极的工作态度及敢于承担，认真负责的敬业精神；
· 学习能力强，乐于不断提高自我能力；
· 精通3DMAX，AutoCAD，LightScape，Photoshop等设计软件，熟练掌握相关办公软件。
