Mission 使命
Garantee the quality of the product in his/her area (uncured product, carcasse and bandages, cured product and architecture, control after cure, regulatory marking, mold)
在其职责范围内保证产品质量（硫化前制品，胎胚和胎筒，硫化后产品和断面，硫化后检验，法规标识和模具）
Responsibilities
1. The conformity of the products are assured all along the manufacturing process through the release function.
The identified risks are under control and the effectiveness of the garantee actions in place has been demonstrated.
2. In his/her area of responsibility, the risk of customer dissatisfaction has been anticipated during the quality planning process, and the risk has been controlled through the qualification of the product, process and method.
3. In his/her area of responsiblity, all the complaints, non-conformities and degrade of the performance are treated with necessary reactivity and effectiveness.
The causes of the abnormal and the non performances are capitalized in the plant level.
4. In his area of responsibility :
- The adequate and application of the quality assurance measures linked to the product manufacture are guaranteed.
- The adapted Quality Plan is defined and applied.
- The referentials of garantee are defined and applied in local.
- The quality assurance measures are applied and effective.
5. The qualification of person who has the impact on the product quality is assured in the robust way on the comptetency.
1. 通过产品释放，保证生产过程中产品的合格性。
所识别的风险受控，且相应的保证措施已确认实施
2. 在其职责范围内，顾客不满意的风险能够通过质量策划过程先期预测，而且相应风险通过对产品，工艺和方法的认证进行控制。
3. 在其职责范围内，所有的投诉，不合格和性能降级等均需及时有效地进行处理。
不合格的根源需要在工厂层面跟踪汇总。
4. 在其职责范围内：
- 保证产品生产涉及的质量保证措施的全面性和执行
- 质量计划是适用的，并得以执行
- 质量保证参考文件在工厂得以制定和执行；
- 质量保证措施执行且有效
5. 从能力上有效地确保从事直接影响产品质量工作人员的认证
Requirement
- English is fluent
- Logical thinking, rigorous, curious, be able to make decision, good communication skill, sustain the pressure
- Prefer to be university graudate and majored in mechanism, chemistry, engineering
