We are seeking an experienced and seasoned producer to take full responsibility and leadership of all project management and web production across our clients marketing and brand design team. You will report directly to the VP Marketing and supervise a team of designers and developers. Your role will be to manage the creative concept and technical development of all digital marketing campaigns for the company, taking innovative ideas into production and through to launch. You'll be responsible for the entire process and should make sure that the marketing department runs like clockwork, never missing a beat and always producing exceptional campaigns.

You'll be responsible for the successful execution of a number of campaigns across channels including social media, viral, online advertising, search, blog marketing, email marketing and interactive product demos. These campaigns will target the world 's digital and mobile elite - leading app publishers, mobile handset manufacturers and mobile operators across the world. And with the colorurful brand behind you, you'll be tasked with bringing creative ideas to the fore that can grab the attention of this digitally savvy audience.

We are looking for a unique individual whose professional experience demonstrates three important qualities. Firstly, you'll need to be the model of efficiency: process-driven and ever-dependent to bring a project to complete execution on budget and on time. Secondly, you'll need to have a solid foundation of technical skills to allow you to work with developers and in some cases do some basic front-end development yourself. Finally, you need to understand design and marketing - you can effortlessly translate communications objectives into design requirements and instinctively know when an execution has met a requirement or not. These skills will allow you to communicate effectively with designers and developers and be the central hub of all production progress.
4+ years' experience in a web project management or producer role, preferably in a marketing or design environment.

Working knowledge of front-end programming languages- HTML, CSS, Javascript. Experience working with a variety of content management systems (CMS).

Basic knowledge of graphics software including Adobe Fireworks, Illustrator and Photoshop a mandatory.

Extremely organized, detail-orientated and process-driven. You are committed to the efficient execution of great campaigns.

Familiarity with a range of project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to effectively research and estimate project scopes, identify risks and evaluate timings.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

A strong portfolio of websites and online campaigns that you have brought to fruition.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. When working with designers and developers you instinctively understand their requirements and motivate them to create exceptional work.

Fluent written and spoken English (we work in an international work environment) With Mandarin a plus.
