Job Purpose
Formulate and ensure realization of local sales strategy in order to meet the established sales quota for the area of responsibility, and lead the daily operation of Haworth's sales and distribution functions ensuring that Haworth's customers in the assigned market consistently receive high quality products and services in a timely manner.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1.Prepare budgets, sales plans, forecast and relevant sales reporting.
2.Develop sales strategies to meet the established area sales quota for his/her area of responsibility.
3.Develop and maintain Haworth's image and brand positioning in the assigned market in accordance with Haworth's global standards.
4.Provide leadership and training in the development of staff and capabilities, and ensure staff members have the necessary resources to achieve their objectives.
5.Assist the sales staff members as needed in working with customers during the sales process and finalize customer orders.
6.Ensure the tenders are prepared by the sales team with high quality.
7.Leverage regional and global resources to provide marketing, technical and customer service support to customers and end-users in the assigned market.
8.Assist the sales supporting team to ensure that product and customer service quality standards are consistently achieved.
9.Provide input to the development of regional plans and major account strategies.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
? University degree
? A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing a sales team
? Experience in the office furniture or related industry is preferred
