Tasks Description
Provide operational leadership and coordination for local organization administrative, operational, process improvement and change activities in China.
Develop and roll out strategy, policy, process and standards of leadership training, customized leadership or team leadership trainings and solutions; identify and provide new and customized learning solution to specific business needs
Design and deliver new programs to target groups for leadership and competency development to meet the local business needs
Design and deliver team leadership development solutions according to local business/organization needs
Constantly track trends and business needs and instigate and lead initiatives to adopt programs and tools to changing needs
Advise business with appropriate leadership development expertise and tools based on business needs
Select and drive the implementation of global leadership programs with country specific initiatives/customization in training content and in line with the global Bayer TM framework; design and implement local programs.
Identify and develop curriculum in talent and leadership programs based on specific local business needs and challenges
Conduct training need assessments in leadership training programs in terms of talents and competency upgrades to meet business requirement;
Act as focal point for HR//BP and business on leadership development changelings.
Proactively engage and coordinate the set-up and implementation of Bayer Leadership Academy China.
Build "HR Academy" to upgrade HR's professional skills and competencies
Responsible for vendor management to select and evaluate external vendors with reference to local and global guidelines, report and consolidate training feedback and quality, recommend improvement initiatives.
Requirements Description
University degree or equivalent in HR or business studies
Fluent in English language both in the spoken and written form
8-10 years of training/learning experience with increasing responsibilities for leadership/competency development.
Comprehensive knowledge or expertise on competency training/program honed through relevant experience a Good understanding of the current curriculum in global leadership programs
Knowledge of the global leadership programs, processes and standards
Several years of HR or business experience; experience as HR Business Partner helpful
People leadership experience? Good business sense and customer oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Initiative to act on his/her own and work under pressure
Capability to work in a multicultural environment
