Key responsibility/task
1. Participate in formulation of business strategy for Supplier Management consulting business
2. Business acquisition for Supplier Management consulting projects
3. Customer networking and acquisition
4. Oversee, manage and execute Supplier Management consulting projects
5. Support in team development Supplier Management team


Qualification and experience
1. University degree or above
2. Minimum 4 years of working experience
3. Deep knowledge about typical supplier evaluation / auditing process & standards (e.g. VDA 6.1/6.3) in automotive industry
4. Deep knowledge and extensive project experience in supplier performance management, supplier risk management and supplier development
5. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
6. Good team player and strong leadership skill
7. Strong communication skills and professional presentation skills
8. Self-motivated and ability to work under pressue
