Position Description/Requirements
The position mainly focuses on building envelope business development in South China area. Business development goal including project tracking / value chain customer relationship development / key account management / strategic partnership development / new business model implementation. Work closely with marketing, sales and AETs on the new customer/opportunity development. Wil be measured by the sales revenue / unit margin and behavior such as project tracking coverage / win-rate, marketing strategic implementation.
The building envelope business development will be focus on understanding the market and customer needs for related applications, specifications through key industry influences, key account management, tracking all key projects , developing and managing qualified channel partners.
Construction industry experience is must. Strong customer relationship building skills required prefer specification skill.

Education Required: Bachelors Degree
Language Required: Chinese Simplified English
Travel Percentage: Up to 50% travel
