he job incumbent in this role will be a highly leveraged professional who possesses both breadth and depth of knowledge in pension consulting and services ;
? Candidate is expected to have strong actuarial/health management, benefits and or investment consulting experience.
? Candidate is expected to use depth of analytical and communication skills to help clients with the design, financing, and administration of health, retirement and other benefit plans.
? Candidate is expected to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese and effectively address technical issues related to pension and benefits business.
? Candidate is expected to exhibit some skills in client leadership and business development.
? Overseas working experience in a major benefits consulting firm or insurance industry a plus.
