职位描述
Title:Account Manager
Location: 北京/上海/广州
Responsibilities:
1. 期望有建筑院资源，以开发公用工程，道路市场； Develop reflective material in east China marketing;
2. Achieve sales target in assigned region;
3. Develop new market in assigned area by setting up and managing new and existing distributors or cooperative convertors. Provide support to them to ensure high service level;
4. Lead distributors and cooperative convertors to follow up projects in region. Works close with project end users and design form to spec-in, effectively follow up, bidding and finally get projects. Build up and maintain project list;
5. Build up network with highway, city road, provincial road related project owner, designer and convertors;
6. Build up channel partnership with potential distributors and build up sales effective sales channel in region;
7. Work as a team player with other team members to implement promotion plan in the region and provide market information.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years sales or BD experiences with contacting parties as the construction bureaus or construction design agencies;
2. Bachelor's degree with related major;
3. Good commnication skills and hardworking;
4. Be innitiative in work;
5. Will to accept business travel;
