Strategic Account Manager (or Sr. Field Sales Engineer)

Location: Shenzhen

Job descriptions and key responsibilities:

1) Reporting into Regional Sales Manager based in Shenzhen;

2) Territory coverage: Shenzhen, Fujian, Hunan, Hong Kong and other

customers inside South China;

3) Map out Design In and Design Win strategies and formulate

actions plan for BU, sales and FAEs collectively to penetrate into the

relative market applications.
4) Working closely with internal FAEs and Distributors to identify

new design opportunities and drive final design win;

5) Identify customer decision makers/influencers and develop

relationship with them;

6) Advise BU in details on the relative business size and

importance of various opportunities;


Minimum qualifications and requirements:

1) Bachelor degree or above in EE or related field;

2) Excellent English;

3) Excellent communications skill;

4) Business acumen;

5) Team working spirit;

6) Minimum 2 years engineering experiences;

7) Minimum 3 years sales experience.

8) Semiconductor vendor working experiences preferred.
