职位描述：

1）提供市场趋势、客户需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；

2）负责向客户提供Admaster广告监测产品的全流程效果评估及优化咨询服务；

3）维护现有客户，定期为既有客户进行网络广告效果监测评估方面最新技术及行业洞察的培训；

4）负责网络广告行销方案的实施和协调工作；

5）对下属人员进行培训、指导、监督和评估。

职位要求：

1）本科或以上学历；

2）具有3年以上互联网广告经验，以及大型国际知名品牌客户的互联网广告客户服务经验，有4A渠道拓展经验者优先；

3）对互联网产品，消费者洞察，竞争对手在内的市场营销策略和广告策略，媒体策略有一定了解；熟悉网络广告效果评估体系，具有高度的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力；

4）积极、自信、理解能力强，思维活跃，优秀的口头表达能力和沟通技巧；

5）能运用科学的客户关系管理，进行设计、实施、持续优化客户服务流程以保证客户满意度（通常需要和代理公司配合 为广告主提供及时、准确、深入的监测，分析及优化咨询服务）；

6）敬业、专业，具有开拓精神和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力；

7）具有优秀的英文听说读写能力者优先。
