Department Description: PMPES China is the GSO in China, which provide integration service and project management for clients and customers as contract and pre-sale events support.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations: ?Communicate with the pre-award team on the project handover upon project award
?Review the Contract, equipment list and Scope of Work
?Coordinate the resource assigned to the project on the project plan generation, including WBS, budgeting, revenue recognition plan, risk plan, etc.
?Work with P&L on the detail equipment list with P&L allocation for the order admin to conduct the system order login
?Generate and maintain project schedule
?Lead the customer project kick off meeting
?Communicate with customer representing Motorola during implementation phase.
?Lead the subcontract vendor evaluation process, work with various functions (legal, finance, procurement, etc)
?Negotiate with vendor on subcontracting
?Manage subcontract's project implementation
?Work with different regions i.e. EMEA, USA, Singapore, Penang for coordination for internal implementation needs, including logistic arrangement, invoicing, import/export.
?Ensure milestone as the schedule
?Negotiate with customer and generate punch list
?Project acceptance
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
?More than 5 years of experience on Radio Communication or similar projects
?Bachelor degree on Electronics and Communications or Equivalent
?Understanding on Trunking system/Digital Trunking System (TETRA)
?Mandatory fluent in English, especially Spoken English
?Influence capability to project team and customer
?Teamwork spirit and good interpersonal skills
?Good communication skill
?Skillful in customer interaction
?Skillful in office software using (MS Office, Windows, MS Project, etc).
?Experience in rail/light rail/metro projects a plus
?PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus
