岗位职责：
1.在公司授权范围内，协调项目施工过程，控制监督工程项目的进度、质量、安全和成本，定期报告项目进展；
2.及时解决项目运行中的突发问题；
3.与业主及相关方协调联系，建立良好关系网络；
4.完成企业应急的各项任务。
任职条件：
1.工程管理、工民建相关专业大专或本科以上学历, 30岁以上，二年以上建筑装饰工程管理工作经验；
2.熟悉相关建筑法律法规及施工规范、验收标准，熟悉项目管理流程，沟通表达、协调应变能力强；
3.具备良好的职业道德，工作责任心强，有团队协作精神。
4.具有中级职称，二级以上建造师等相关证书优先；
