岗位职责：
1.编制建筑装饰工程预算，确定工程报价，根据项目定位负责拟定本专业成本估算指标；
2.具有市场经营开拓能力，有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力，负责本专业工程的造价控制，对各类合约流转进行督导；
3.完成企业应急的各项任务。
任职条件：
1.专科以上学历，工程造价、建筑工程、工程经济等相关专业，25岁以上，二年以上建筑装饰相关工作经验；
2.熟悉上海市定额及国际通用合同报价惯例，熟悉建筑装饰工程的工艺流程和相关材料并能编制装饰工程预决算；
3.有造价员（师）证、中级职称，中共党员优先考虑。
