岗位职责：
1.能独立带领团队组织开展设计工作，协调能力强，熟悉规范，能与各专业人员沟通完成设计任务；
2.解决现场与设计图纸的配合问题，参与项目设计工作总结；
3.负责对装修效果进行验收监控及施工现场疑难问题处理；
4.具有市场开拓能力，有项目引进能力或曾经有设计项目操作经验优先考虑。
任职条件：
1.环境艺术设计、室内设计、建筑等相关专业本科以上学历，30岁以上，5年以上公共建筑装饰相关工作经验，具有中级职称或国家注册类证书优先；
2.熟悉相关设计软件和办公软件，如AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、3DSMAX、OFFICE等，施工节点图熟练；
3.熟悉相关专业技术规范，有创新意识，能够带领团队负责项目设计的全过程工作；
4.工作责任心强，有较强的沟通能力、适应一定的工作压力。
5.家住虹口、杨浦、宝山地区优先考虑。
