工作职责：
1、拟订公司总体商业经营收入预算，参考过往数据，根据市场因素，做出合理性调整；
2、拟订公司年度商业经营管理计划，按照不同项目的实际情况，落实到具体负责人，监督实施；
3、负责公司持有物业的租赁与租户引进；
4、维护客户资源，初审租赁合同条款事宜；
5、评估合作的代理公司，拟订合作细则；


岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销类等相关专业
2、8年以上大型地产营销工作经验，5年以上同等岗位工作经验 ,
3、熟悉招商流程及租赁策划、熟悉政策法律法规等方面的知识、熟悉政府机关办事流程、熟悉房地产开发相关知识；
3、具营销管理学、市场营销专业等相关知识；
4、较强的团队管理能力、较强的客户沟通能力，较强的工作协调能力
5、熟悉使用计算机办公软件，具备一定的英语沟通能力
6、具备较强的工作协调能力及执行力，主动思考和创新，能够不断提升自我
