制作人

职责概述：

作为Glu北京工作室的制作人，你的首要职责是按计划发布优质的iOS游戏产品。

工作内容：

?管理游戏开发的各个生命周期

?负责研究游戏项目的可行性，负责产品开发进度、开发质量和风险控制

?管理开发团队日常工作，负责制定开发日程，执行开发工作并检验工作情况

?在开发团队中推进交流和决策，并向管理团队做好汇报工作

?维持好团队愿景，激发团队的积极性，鼓舞团队士气

?善于利用数据分析，计划并落实线上运营和线上更新工作

本职位理想人选应达到以下标准：

基本要求：

?拥有3-8年游戏行业从业经历

?拥有1-5年相关项目管理经验

?满怀激情，致力于制作高品质的游戏产品

?作为领导者能做到注重细节，条理清晰，随时用优先级进行管理

能力&经验要求：

?交际能力良好

?英语良好

?拥有很强的口头和书面交流能力

?拥有很强的解决冲突和主动处理、规避问题的能力

?在游戏开发和项目管理流程（Waterfall/Agile）方面拥有丰富的经验

?有使用数据分析经验者优先

?成功发布过入围iOS和Android收入排行榜的游戏产品者优先

Producer

General Description

As a Producer of Glu Beijing Studio, the primary responsibility is to deliver game product for iOS devices on time with a commitment to excellent quality.

? Manage the production lifecycle of game development

? Responsible for the game project feasibility study, development progress, quality and risk control

? Manage the day-to-day work of development team, responsible for scheduling, execution and reviewing

? Facilitate communication, decision-making and reporting at all levels of the development team and the management team

? Maintains the team vision, motivate the team and keep the morale high

? Work with analytics data, plan and execute live operation and updates

The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

Fundamentals:

? 3-8 years of experience in game industry

? 1-5 years of relevant project management experience

? Passionate about making great game product

? A leader who is organized, detail-orientated and always with priorities in mind

Skills & Experience:

? Good people skills

? Good English skills

? Strong verbal and written communication

? Strong ability of conflict resolution and proactive problem solving

? Strong knowledge of game development and project management processes (Waterfall/Agile)

? Experience with analytics is a plus

? Experience of successful delivery of top grossing titles on iOS and Android is a plus
