Summary of job duties and responsibilities:



End to End responsibility of ADT/Mastermind supporting from IT perspective



Duties and responsibilities:

1 Key contact person for all IT related incidents/requests for ADT operations center

2 Cooperate with other IT team members to ensure the ADT/Mastermind incidents/problems will be solved on time

3 MAStermind and MS SQL Server system administration

4 Mastermind server and network administration

5 Other ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor.



Experience/qualifications requirements:

1 Graduate of Computer Science or Computer Engineering

2 Good knowledge in MS SQL Server administration

3 Good knowledge and experience on LAN and networking environment preferably on Windows 2000 and Windows 2003

4 On-call (telephone standby) after working hours is required

5 Working experiences in supporting call center's IT operations is highly preferred

6 CCNA, MCSE, MCDBA is highly preferred

7 Good knowledge in Avaya PABX is preferred

8 Has good team working spirit

9 Good command in oral and written English
