我公司视觉设计团队正在寻找一名高级视觉设计师，该职位负责我公司网站的广告图片的视觉设计,这些设计将被成千上万的用户浏览，这些作品将代表我们的网站品牌形象，将推动我们的网站销售。
设计师将与产品经理,编辑,用户体验设计师、视觉设计师和网站的供应商共同携手,满足业务需求,支持网站的图形设计。
职责:
? 能独立完成创意，设计，制作等设计工作
? 遵循我公司的设计指南，进行设计创作。
? 密切关注市场动向，确保设计创意紧跟时代潮流
? 对所设计的作品，密切关注设计反馈，从中总结出合理的设计体验。
? 与团队内同事的紧密沟通与交流，以达到互助和共同进步的良性循环
? 了解和关注其他部门对于设计请求的反馈。
? 了解设计请求，开发设计模板，提高工作效率。
? 给其他部门进行设计培训，宣传和加强设计规范标准。
任职要求：
? 良好的用户体验设计或商业设计意识；
? 熟练使用网页及平面设计工具：Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator and Photoshop,
? 熟知并运用视觉语言的能力；
? 逻辑思维能力及总结、归纳的能力；
? 懂得聆听、善于沟通、可友好的进行合作的能力；
? 5年以上中、大型互联网公司从业经验；
? 学习能力及强烈的发展意愿；
? 大学本科以上视觉设计专业；
? 具备良好英语沟通及阅读能力；
优先资格
有设计项目管理经验或设计团队管理经验优先；
Title：Sr Visual Designer
Job Description
Our company CN Visual Design Team (VXD) is responsible for creating campaign graphics for the China website. As a key member of the VXD team, you will have the unique opportunity to participate global design initiatives and help building and enforcing our company brand image. You will be able to build superior customer experience by developing creative graphics.
Our company is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to work with our company CN VXD team to design promotional graphics to be viewed by millions of customers and drive sales.
The designer will work with product managers, editors, user experience designers, visual designers and site merchandisers to create graphics that meet business requirements and support website brand image.
Responsibilities:
？ Understand business requirement for visual graphics, influence and guide the business team to make right decision in terms of graphic design
？ Own the production, organization, and review of created graphics
？ Adhere to our company and our company brand attributes and style guides
？ Ensure design work meets the cutting edge of style
？ Work closely with other team members to deliver the results and ensure overall skill-set enhancement through mutual support and learning
？ Review graphics created by other teams;
？ Identify common requests and develop template to expedite the graphic creation for those requests;
？ Provide trainings to other teams to enforce design standards;
Basic Qualifications
？ Deep understanding of User-Centered Design and usability principals
？ Proficient with major web and graphic design tools such as Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator and Photoshop, etc
？ Expertise of using visual language
？ Capabilities of logical and rational thinking.
？ A good listener, communicator, seamless cooperates with all functions.
？ 5+ years visual design working experience in famous web-oriented company.
？ Strongly self-motivated.
？ Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Design
？ Fluent English skills

？ Management experiences (either project or person)
