Responsibilities:

· To carry out all maintenance works, including electrical, mechanical, woodworks and paintworks, ensuring the safety of customers and staff at all times
· To implement maintenance procedures within the store to ensure all standards and procedures are adhered to
· To work closely with the company’s appointed contractors to establish and maintain high standards at all times
· To proactively identify issues that could provide risk for company and suggest and demonstrate improvement measures
· To forecast expenditure for projects and oversee budget and timelines
· To evaluate, analyse and negotiate all tenders, identifying cost saving opportunities which do not impact overall design concept
· To demonstrate and reinforce the Lane Crawford Vision And Values at all times and provide necessary leadership to gain commitment from team
· To hire, train and coach team members to ensure they meet and exceed the standards and requirements of their role

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree holder in architectural, building study or interior design
· Minimum 8 years’ working experience in project management preferably in retail environment
· Project backgrounds for vendor and contractor management.
· Good follow up, strong organizational and communication skills
· Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
· People management experience
