职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accurate timely budget and monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting in place and review with business leaders and APAC headquarter.
2. Ensure accurate and timely consolidation reporting AIO are prepared and report to APAC with the given deadline.
3. Provide direct supervision and guidance to subordinate employees through active coaching, feedback and employee development.
4. Ensure the finance control policy process and procedure are in place to support the business run as smoothly as possible.
5. Ensure working capital are projected and managed in according with company policy and achieve desired business target.
6. Coordinate with each business leaders to issue monthly scorecard report, MGP report with full demission.
7. Ensure profit and loss account per deal and contract are under control and profitability are in control with the approval deal form.
8. Develop and manage the relationship with APAC HQ, APS and US Stakeholders
9. Perform project analysis as per company management requirement.
10. Perform various day-to-day reviews and/or approvals within the Company's established processes and policies and back up other senior leader in Finance.
Requirements:
1. Master degree in Finance or MBA required (with CPA or ACCA equivalent qualification required)
2. Over 10 years of progressive related work experience (preferably including 4+ years in IT, Mobile phone, Electrics industry distributor experience)
3. Solid knowledge and experience with Working capital management, PRC GAAP and US GAAP as well as exposure to WFOE entities operating in China
4. Experience with SAP is will be plus
5. Good command of English in both oral and written is required
6. IT industry experience is preferred
7. Proven team leadership skill and team work spirit
8. Good communication and influential skill
9. Willing to take challenge and work under pressure
10. Result oriented and Win-win thinking.
