1、 公司计算机及网络相关设备、设施、软件的采购和管理，以及公司电脑等固定资产的管理；
2、 公司内部所有计算机及相关设备（PC、打印机、复印机、投影仪、服务器、交换机、路由器等）的管理、维护和故障处理等，确保公司办公设备的正常运作；
3、 公司办公网络的日常管理与维护；
4、 监测及管理服务器及客户端补丁更新、杀毒软件、数据加密等；
5、 PBX管理，更新维护分机信息及权限管理；
6、 组织计算机及网络应用相关技能和知识培训；
7、作为中国区所有IT事务的联络人，管理IT团队维护中国区4个分支机构200多个用户；
8、 针对用户提出的复杂的helpdesk问题，进行分析、诊断并提供解决方案；
9、 针对采购需求与第三方软硬件供应商保持沟通；
10、建立标准的服务流程和文档，与所有IT同事分享，以增强服务质量和优化工作流程；
11、支持和配合全球IT team新的服务和应用的上线；
12、执行内部审计并配合外部审计工作；


任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业；
2、熟悉负载均衡、路由器、交换机、防火墙等网络设备的设置与管理，熟悉网络技术、TCP/IP协议；
3、完成日常硬件维修、服务器维护，保证网络软、硬件安全稳定运行，复印机、打印机、投影仪等办公设备的操作及维护，有一定的维修知识和能力；
4、熟悉局域网络设计、配置及管理维护，服务器数据备份；
5、熟悉PBX管理；
6、熟悉AD管理；
7、良好的英语沟通能力，团队合作能力。
