Role (Purpose of the job)
·Drive and develop both the technical and commercial competencies of dealer’s service team and constantly improve the overall customer satisfaction level
·Support sales and parts sales to achieve the company financial target
Key Responsibilities
Common Responsibilities:
1. Workshop administration
·Workshop process daily drive (6 steps)
·EUP (Efficiency / Utilization / Productivity) follow up and daily drive
·LDS process support
·Monthly WA audit and action plan follow up
·Vehicle hand over process
2. Competence development
·can deliver some basic courses
·CD (competence Development) process must be crystal clear
·Drive the CD process (evaluation, gap analysis, training plan…)
·Push / arrange dealer own training after central training
·On job knowledge transfer and training
3. Warranty and Quality feedback
·Warranty judgement (VO: 15K to 30K, RT: 5K to 20K)
·FQR (Field Quality Report) process
·Explain warranty process to dealers based on Warranty Binder
·Drive to improve the quality of the claims
4. Technical support and customer technical complaint
·Responsible for Recall / campaign
·Responsible for FQR / Argus / Argus dealer
·Responsible for FST (Volvo) / Technical Note (RT)
·Diagnostic competence
·Customer complain handling competence
5. Other support:
·Technically support parts sales as required
·Technically support vehicle sales as required
·Support CCC to clean up the vehicle database
·Special support to Service Agreement (both sales and aftersales)
Additional function responsibilities:
1. Regional trainer
·Set up regional training plan base on region competence gap analysis & CD implementation target, and follow up with the performance
·Drive the regional training and competence development implementation in the dealers
·Develop the training skills in the specialized area and deliver the trainings as required
·Attend TTT trainings and deliver the trainings within two month
2. LDS super user
· Guide dealer LDS administration people, strictly follow the LDS ways of working
· Help implement the rollout and updates plan of the LDS system
· Coordinate with Local IT and Volvo IT on technical issues
· Be a listener and understand changing business requirements and analyze impact on system and process, communicate with LDS principal of ATORC,
· Support dealer business issues and co-ordinate with ATORC to solve business / LDS technical issues.
· Be a dealer business guide, follow up KPIs of the dealer and monitor dealer performance
3. Service agreement
· Technical support of SA sales, including review application form, review VOSP, contact HQ for quotation when needed, SA technical explanation to dealer / customer when needed.
· SA claim handling
· SA dealer performance audit
· SA performance follow up (such as overdue payment, contract renewal etc.)
· Other support requested by region related to SA business
4. Mining trucks technical support (same process as “normal” trucks)
Main competence requirements
· 8 years plus hands on experience in the workshop covering the responsibilities from mechanics, workshop administration and other Aftermarket activities , with European truck brand experience is a plus
· Strong initiative and sense of responsibility
· Good communication skills
· Good English level in reading, writing and speaking
· Teamwork spirit
