Manage Home & Baby business for the market.
Responsibilities Strategic Management
-Develop, implement and provide reporting on appropriate local market category plans & strategies consistent with goals and objectives.
-Monitor Home & Baby industry trends, rules, performance; retail channel market conditions; collection of market/consumer/retail trend and information analysis to determine Disney’s strategies and plans
-Determine category key drivers (product, price, and retail channel) for DCP to expand presence consistent with local demographic and retailer needs.
-Contribute to discussion of the local franchises licensing business on behalf of the Home & Baby category.
Licensing
-Develop, implement and achieve 5 year and annual revenue budgets (wholesale sales, earned revenues, total revenues and OI).
-Identify & contract new licensees/ renew existing licensees to develop category
-Identify consumer, product, property, and channel gaps and execute plan to fill gaps and growth business.
-Update sales forecast by licensee on a monthly basis, monitor & report progress on quarterly basis to regional.
-Coordinate Contract Renewals consistent with Category Plans.
-Partner & collaborate with key licensees for category development & business growth.
-Conduct “Top Ten Licensee” performance reviews (quarterly).
-Work with licensees to ensure appropriate quality and execution of product development process – STR programs and retail execution.
-Coordinate with DCP ILS Compliance Group to ensure licensees comply with Disney’s ILS labor standards.
-Ensure licensees’ thorough understanding and compliance of Disney’s contract, terms and conditions.
-Ensure licensees develop quality products under Disney’s business standards and regulation.
Retail
-Work with RSM team to manage Disney’s product range and presence at retail.
-Act as communication link between RSM team and licensees.
-Identify signage and merchandising needs to LOCAL FRANCHISES Creative Head.
Product Development
-Direct & collaborate with Product Development team to create & execute category plans and ongoing product quality improvements.
-Administer and coordinate licensee’s product / artwork approvals with Product Development team.
Finance
-Responsible for the category budget in the local market.
-Provide forecast of the category on monthly basis.
-Responsible for collection past due accounts receivable and monthly royalty statements.
-Responsible for the administration and execution of the contract.
Marketing
-Coordinate with RSM team on marketing to support sales promotion, retail marketing events and advertising in the local market.
-Ensure appropriate licensees implement the Disney visual merchandising programs.
Information Systems
-Maintain competency in DCP business systems
-Insight (deal negotiation part)
-INvision II (Forecasting)
Basic Qualifications
-10+ years working experience in respective industry at merchandising, licensing, sourcing, buying, retail management

-Good analytical skill and understanding of business and financial concepts.

管理中国地区家居和婴儿品类业务。
职责 战略管理
-按照既定目标制定、落实并提供有关适当的当地市场品类计划和战略报告
-监控家居和婴儿产业趋势、规则、绩效;零售渠道市场情况;收集市场/消费者/零售趋势信息并进行分析,以确定迪士尼战略和规划
-为迪士尼品类产品 确定品类关键驱动因素(产品、价格和零售渠道),以根据当地人口因素和零售商需求扩展业务
-为了家居和婴儿品类产品的发展参与有关当地特许经营许可业务的讨论
授权许可
-制定、执行并实现5年期战略规划和年度预算(批发零售、已获收入、总收入和业务收入)
-确定并与新的许可方签约/与现有经销商续约,以拓展品类
-确定消费者、产品、所有权和渠道缺口,并执行计划以填补缺口和拓展业务
-每月根据特许经销商提供的数据更新销售预测,每季度监控进展并向区域负责人报告
-根据品类计划就合约续签问题进行协调
-就品类拓展和业务增长与主要特许经销商进行合作
-对“10大特许经销商”的业绩进行评估(按季度)
-与特许经销商合作,确保符合要求的产品开发流程的质量和执行情况– STR 项目和零售执行
-配合DCP, ILS合规部,确保特许经销商遵循迪士尼ILS国际劳工标准
-确保特许经销商彻底理解并遵循迪士尼合约、条款和条件
-确保特许经销商根据迪士尼业务标准和规则开发优质产品
零售
-与区域销售经理团队合作,以管理迪士尼零售层面的产品范围和现状
-作为区域销售经理团队和特许经销商之间沟通的桥梁
-确定标牌名称和当地特许经销商创意主管的推销需求
产品开发
-指挥产品开发团队并与之合作,以创建并执行品类规划并实现产品质量的持续改进
-与产品开发团队合作,以管理并统筹特许经销商产品/艺术品的批准工作
财务
-负责面向本地市场的品类预算
-每月提供品类预测
-负责汇总已过期的应收账款和每月的版税报表
-负责合约的管理和执行
营销
-配合区域销售经理团队开展营销活动,以支持本地市场中的零售促销、零售营销和广告活动
-确保由合适的特许经销商来实施迪士尼的视觉营销项目
信息系统
-维持DCP业务系统的竞争力

基本条件 任职资格
-10年以上销售、许可、采购、购买或零售管理领域工作经验
