Responsibilities Manage Fashion business for the PRC market:
- Support Senior Category Manager in development and implementation of Strategic Business Plans.
- Develop appropriate local market category plans & strategies consistent with Global and Regional goals and objectives (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Help drive PRC licenses with OSKRC model (Objective, Strategy, Key Performer, Review & Capabilities).
- To help create compelling products with strong Disney POV, drive consistent implementation .
- To help improve retail presentation excellence and retail channel expansion, drive consistent implementation of retail branding & in-store marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, rules, performance; retail channels type, performance; collection of market/consumer trend and information analysis to determine Disney’s strategies/plans.


Develop, implement and achieve both 5 year Strat plan budgets and annual budgets (wholesale sales, earned revenues, total revenues and OI)
- Identify, qualify & contract new licensees and/or renew existing licensees to develop and grow categories (including global and regional licensees).
- Identify consumer, product, franchise, and channel gaps and execute plans to fill gaps and grow business.
- Update forecasts on a monthly basis (Excel spreadsheets for renewal, new, gap with status update) and report progress on quarterly basis to regional.
- Coordinate contract renewals consistent with category plans.
- Responsible for collection past due accounts receivable.
- Responsible for the administration and execution of the contract.
- Partner & collaborate with “Top Key” licensees for the category development & business growth.
- Conduct “Top Licensee” performance reviews (quarterly).
- Ensure licensees have full understanding and are in compliance with Disney’s business standards, regulations and contractual requirements including timely payment of advances, accurate & reliable sales & royalty reporting, ILS compliance, and any other contractual obligations.


Develop, implement retail plans to grow business.
- Work closely with key retail account buyers/RSM to manage Disney’s product range and presence at retail.
- Ensure appropriate Fashion licensees implement the Disney visual merchandising programs.
- Work closely with RSM to implement retail marketing, promotions, and events to enhance brand image and retail awareness.


Work with product development team to achieve sales target through compelling products plans with Disney POV, retail presentation excellence & retail marketing execution and ongoing brand image enhancements.


Maintain competency in DCP business systems:
Insight (Deal negotiation)
INvision II (Forecasting)

Basic Qualifications Min 8 years working experience in respective industry at merchandising, licensing, sourcing, buying Consumer products;

Self-directed, self-starter, good ability to work within a team;

Good analytical skill and understanding of business and financial concepts;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Strong negotiation and presentation skills;

Committed to excellence;

Lateral thinker;

Fluency in English & Mandarin;

Hands on experience on PC software applications (e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

职责 管理中国区市场的服装业务
- 支持高级品类经理制定和实施战略业务计划。
- 制定合理的本地市场品类规划与战略,并与全球和地区发展目标保持一致(包括质量和数量上的一致)。
- 运用OSKRC(目标、战略、重点因素、评估和能力)模型推动中国区授权业务的发展。
- 帮助开发具有鲜明迪士尼特色的高品质产品,推动其贯彻实施。
- 帮助提升零售展示的卓越性,拓展零售渠道,推动零售品牌形象与零售店营销策略的贯彻实施。
- 监管行业趋势、规范和业绩;零售渠道类型,绩效;收集和分析市场/消费者需求趋势信息,以确定迪士尼的战略/计划。


制定、实施并达到5年计划预算和年度预算(批发销售额、赚取收入、总收入、营业收入)
- 确定新的合格特许经销商并与之签约,以及/或者与现有特许经销商续约,发展壮大品类(包括全球和地区性的特许经销商)。
- 找出消费者、产品、特许经销和渠道发展上的不足之处,弥补不足,推动业务发展。
- 每月更新预测报告(Excel电子表格更新、增加新的条目以及标注与目前业绩的差距),每一季度向地区负责人报告进度。
- 在续约事项中其协调作用保持与品类计划相一致。
- 负责收取逾期应收账款。
- 负责合同的管理和执行。
- 与“最主要的”特许经销商紧密合作,开发更多品类,推动业务发展。
- 进行“优秀特许经销商”业绩评估(每季度实施)。
- 确保特许经销商充分了解并遵守迪士尼的业务标准、法规和合同规范,包括及时支付预付款、提供准确可靠的销售和版税报告,符合国际劳工标准以及履行合同规定的其他各项义务。



制定并实施零售计划,推动业务发展。
- 与主要的零售客户/区域销售经理紧密合作,管理迪士尼在零售市场中的产品范围及产品呈现。
- 确保符合条件的服装行业特许经销商实施迪士尼视觉推销计划。
- 与区域销售经理紧密合作,开展零售营销、宣传和各项活动以提升品牌形象和零售业务知名度。


与产品开发团队合作,通过具有迪士尼特色的高品质产品计划,卓越的零售展示,零售营销的实施及不断增强的品牌形象来完成销售指标。
