Position Responsibilities

1. Responsible for delivering program objectives. Ensuring on-time, on budget delivery in accordance with our quality objectives.
2. Preparing a detailed schedule for a complex work scope and managing the schedule and tasks as well as budget allocation from concept through to customer release.
3. Following the gated development process.
4. Establishing program core teams and running core team meetings
5. Ensuring that relevant cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics are established at all levels in the project.
6. Tracking work execution of defined projects from design, development, supply and production.
7. Developing and maintaining project documentation, such as Project Charters, funding reports and coordinating, gathering and reporting on project status.
8. Coordinating and balancing resources for/and among projects.
9. Performing a labor supply and demand analysis for the project highlighting any discrepancies.
10. Reconciling weekly timesheets of all projects and monitor actual vs. estimated time spent on all projects ensuring accuracy and recovery of hours.
11. Accounting for project cost, time and budget
12. Reporting on project status and created weekly/monthly report to top-management
13. Providing resolution for any problem raised during the program execution.
14. Administering risk management and initiating proactive mitigation strategies.
15. Seeking milestone approvals from senior management.

Position Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of program management experience in the automotive field.
2. Strong technical background such as automotive, engine or mechanical engineering.
3. Working knowledge of Project Management, APQP, ISO/TS.
4. Strong analytical and technical skills.
5. Good sense of commercial awareness
6. Strong collaborative and coordinative inter-personal skills
7. Good command of English, both spoken and written.
