Brief Introduction职位简介
· Ensure the smooth operation on the opening day in accordance with the Ascott standard.
确保运营事宜在开业当天的顺利进行并符合雅诗阁标准。
Major Responsibility主要职责
· Review Operations/Functional P&Ps with Pre-Opening Director and assist to initiate China-wide waivers to HQ.
与开业筹备总监一起审查业务运营/功能部门的政策和流程,并协助提交全中国的豁免书给总部。
· Review/Update and customize Operational/Pre-Opening manuals and standards especially in areas whereby there are China specific requirements/conditions.
审查/更新和定制运营/开业筹备手册和标准,特别是在有具体要求/条件的中国地区。
· Provide expert advice, guidance and assistance to activate Pre-Opening members on their specific function and may be activated as member for selected projects in the event where no-dedicated members are not available.
提供专业意见,指导和协助在特定方向的POP成员,当在非专业的POP成员不可用的情况下,可作为选定项目的POP成员。
· Formulate OES/FFE requirements list in their respective areas and customize POP map for assigned projects.
在各自的区域制定零星采购、固定资产的要求,并且为分配的项目绘制特定的开业筹备流程图。
· Coordinate with Design and Project Team in reviewing new properties design and drawings in-corporating operational requirements and ensuring operational consistency.
结合业务需求与设计和项目团队协作审查新的物业设计图绘制,并确保运作的一致性。
· Conduct operational audits for properties to ensure compliance with company’s P&Ps.
对物业进行交叉财产审计,以确保与公司的政策和流程相一致。
· Monitor (on & off site) POP activities of functional members.
监督其职能部门POP成员的 POP工作[在或不在物业现场的]。
· Conduct/Attend Post Mortem meeting to improve Pre-Opening process.
出席开业筹备总结会议,以改进开业筹备的流程。
Requirements资质要求
· China local experience and local language.
中国本地的相关工作经验和当地的语言。
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
优秀的中英文口语及书写沟通能力
· Possess strong communication and coordination ability.

· Ability to travel within short notice and on long period at times.
