Responsibilities:
(1)Execute the equipment Installation/repair/PM/modifications/customer training for Kodak-DI products(Scanner, etc).
(2)Perform daily checks and problem diagnostic in customer site,recover the down machine ASAP according to company commitment.
(3)Read and interpret Kodak and OEM's service manuals/wiring diagrams etc.
(4)Manage parts stock to fulfill customer requirements in respective territory.
(5)Develop and keep good relationship with customers to promote DI service business
(6)Communicate with customers and feedback information to Supervisor/sals team/other team members.
Requirements:
(1) University or college graduate, on electrical control/ electronic/computer science;
(2) 3-4 years working experience, customer service/technical support experience.
(3) Familiar with PC applications both hardware/software;
(4) Good professional English reading and comprehension;
(5) Work independently and willing to travel frequently for business.
