岗位职责：
a) 按时月结关帐和完成报表
b) 资产负债调节表编制及后续追踪处理
c) 与人事部门共同完成员工的工资，五险一金等福利
d) 控制行政部门和采购部门的费用
e) 固定资产管理
f) 公司内部账务调节
g) 其他法定报表编制（税务及其他）
h) 按时以Excel表格向公司相关领导报告公司的收支情况
i) 管理报表编制（HFM报告及其他）
j) 其他总账相关工作，比如薪酬等
k) 与一线业务部门及总部沟通协调财务报表或者其他相关事宜
l) 确保成本/利润中心准确入帐
m) 及时识别错误并采取必要的改正及预防措施
n) 其他主管/经理安排的相关工作



任职要求：
a) 4年及以上会计相关（总账/应收/应付）或者外部审计经验
b) 会计或相关硕士学历
c) 书面及口头英语流利
d) 熟练运用办公软件
e) 有CPA/CIMA/ACCA或其他等同会计资格证者优先

Responsibility:
a) Perform month end reporting tasks as per the global period end time table
b) Perform Balance Sheet reconciliation and follow-up on open items
c) Prepare employees salary, social insurances and welfare with HR department help
d) Manage every payment under the control of the Administration and the Purchasing departments
e) Perform Fixed Assets Accounting
f) Perform intercompany invoicing & intercompany reconciliation
g) Country specific reporting (Taxation, Legal requirements, etc)
h) Report the daily and weekly company charges and revenue on Excel table
i) General management reporting & other adhoc reporting
j) Perform other general accounting activities, Salary postings, etc
k) Co-ordinate with locations & Centre Functions for the reporting & accounting activities
l) Ensure accurate cost centre & profit centre accounting
m) Identify errors & deviations and take necessary corrective & preventive actions
n) Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned by team lead/manager

Requirement:
a) At least 4 years relevant GL or external audit experience
b) Master degree in Accounting or related
c) Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
d) Microsoft office (excel is a must)
e) Have the certificate of CPA/CIMA/ACCA is prefered
