Job Describe:
1.Helps establish and communicate and hold team accountable to revenue, profit and service goals;
2.To organize proposal for product and brand communication strategy of clients;
3.Control the whole work the time schedule and service quality of the projects;
4.Coach account service team in regular account service and other internal issues.
Job Requirements:
1.At least 5 years experience of ATL in 4A agency, especially with auto client experience is preferred;
2.Have rich experience of advertising and the planning, can grasp the requirements from clients for real state of each case planning;
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4.Excellent written and oral English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin;
5.Have high enthusiasm and sense of responsibility and good team manage spirit.
