Responsibilities:
1. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of different data set

2. Work with other departments as necessary to flesh-out new data capabilitie

3. Define the set of products that we can bring to market. This includes resources required to develop products, analysis of market
potential and competitive landscape for each product, product pricing, sales force requirements, and so forth

4. Create a product development schedule5. Identify messaging, materials and marketing strategy

5. Recruit and manage staff to market and sell these products. This may include personnel with backgrounds in statistics, strategy consulting, sales, etc.

6. Set growth targets for each product and take responsibility for meeting them.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher

2. At least 3 years of direct experience in the health data marketing

3. Deep understanding of the competitive landscape in health data is needed. This includes:
_Products, pricing strategies and customers served for the major health data sellers like IMS Health, SDI Health and similar companies;
_The evolving needs of data purchasers like pharmaceutical companies and device makers

4. A creative, do-more-with-less, driven individual that sees this opportunity for what it is: the biggest challenge of his or her professional life

5. Must have experience building and leading a motivated, productive team
