职位描述

Responsibility:
·Manage China Finance SSC team
Drive process standardization, Coordinate the performance management of China SSC for following different functions:
-Finance
-Credit & Collection management
-Accounts Payables
-Treasury Management
-AR accounting and cash application for Asia & US
-Inventory, Capital & General Accounting
-Internal and External audits

·Support the global finance SSC strategies, optimization for global Finance SSC’s in different regions
-Develop metrics and scorecard to monitor the performance of global finance SSC’s
-Coordinate with other SSC’s for process standardization and improvements
-Integrate processes for newly acquired businesses to SSC

·Coordinate the performance management of China SSC for different functions, including the below functions
-Bill of Material
-Compensation & Benefit
-Recruiting

·Develop a strong High -Performance organization
-Develop and retain talent
-Monitor the team’s performance

Formal Education:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Economics/finance, or equivalent ones;

Experience:
Rich experience in manager role of SSC, or finance/accounting, especially has rich experience on treasury, credit management, fixed assets management.

Requirement:
·Above 8 Years of related working experience on finance/SSC, and at least 3 year management experience;
·CICPA, ACCA, or equivalent finance certificate is a must;
·Eager to learn, smart, quick learner, can do attitude and strong & effective, communication / coordination skill. Always try to be a solution-provider. Very strong analytical skill, can undertake in-depth analysis. Has strong competence to simplify complicated things;
·Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking;
·Proven capability in global finance organization;
·Worked in an international setting;
·Process oriented.

Additional Details:
·Good in English communication (speaking,reading and writing).
·Strong ERP skills, proficiency MS office, good at Oracle, Hyperion is a plus.
