职位描述
Job Description:
? Brand Management (25%)
? Pursue global strategic alignment with engagement on messaging and positioning
? Develop the branding strategy and branding management system , branding programming etc , conforming with corporation culture , CRM and new product life circle
? Work closely with various brand sales team and operational marketing functions and strategic biz project team to achieve higher efficiency and desired outcomes
? Serve as the Brand Steward for the various branding position and insight , coordinated strategic placemat and future roadmap ,align with the brand family structure organic evolution
? PR& Communication (25%)
? Responsible for local strategic planning and tactical implementation of communications activities via traditional and new media approach combined solution
? Oversee content of key communication channels (e.g. internal mass & external communications, media interactions )
? Maintain, optimize , and develop the cooperate website , blogger official external communication window
? Lead and consolidate the communications team from different entities in Cooper Asia on project assignments
? Ensure all programs meet the established standards of appearance and content
? Develop and maintain relationships with current and new media expansion
? Continuously improve the effectiveness of communications capabilities of the company
? Develop competencies necessary to support the future communications needs of the organization
? Advertisement management(20%)
? Work with creative agency to develop the brand key visual and POP line , coach the in house team to implement the quick modification and application for various venue and specific needs
? Develop, execute and budget for advertisement
? Develop the different advertisement investment approach on generic mass site and point of sales ,basing on different stage of various brands
? Event Management (10%)( coach and monitor the event manager in this field)
? Work with operational marketing team to develop event calendar based on MKT calendar to promote product, service and brand. The events include but not limit to co-brand event, instore event, CRM event, on-line event, new shop opening event, ,press conference, campaign, road show, exhibition, Incentive trip , dealer convention and annual dinner
? Liaise and communicate with different function & department team members including RHQ/ATC/CTA in order to execute the event in the best cost-efficient way, making sure to deliver brand unique DNA and achieve the business goal as well
? Manage all aspects of events, including logistics, booth/space needs and design, signage, staff, collateral, vendors, shipments, invoices, schedules and timelines, etc.
? Maximize the return on deployed resources , generate the summary and evaluation report in time.
? Co-Marketing(10%)
? Source the strategic partner in auto market and off-road product for the Co-Marketing campaign/Event /Channel sharing /Racing /Sponsorship
? Lead agency management and engagement(10%)
? Oversee agency relationship and management
? Lead development of agency scope of work (SOW) process, deliverables, and metrics
? Manage agency evaluation (middle year, year end) and coordinate submissions from markets per replacement brands requirements
? Support development of five year agency resourcing plan
? Work with purchasing to ensure efficiencies in process and billings
Job Requirements
? Education Qualification: A marketing or business degree holder with major preferably in Public Relations / Mass Communications / Journalism / Marketing (MBA preferred)
? Experience & Knowledge& General Skills
? 8+ years of relevant job experience working in auto after-market consumer goods (preferred) or related industry
? 5+ years of management experience
? Knowledge of auto industry/local China market
? Good knowledge of areas where there are regular interfaces (e.g. purchasing and financial controlling)
? Strong interest in auto ,continuously pay attention to new changing in auto industry
? Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
? Strong leadership and team management
