职位描述
Part1. Describe the Position
Summary:
(1)Job Purpose: One sentence description of the overall purpose/mission of the job; the rationale of why the job exists and how it contributes to the company.
Support T&D manager to establish training management system and related regulations.
(2)Goals and Objectives: Several bullet points for setting performance objectives.
1 Completion of training plan;
l Training cost saving by improvement;
l Satisfaction of training effectiveness, etc.
A)List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
l Support delivery of Training & Development Strategy.
l Support management of training programs, policies, standards.
l Provide consultancy and professional advice to internal Business and HR clients.
l Facilitate, conduct or instruct training courses. Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
l Enforce training evaluation system to measure training quality, learning effectiveness and its impact on job performance. Identify training requests, consolidate training needs, make annual training plan and implement the scheduled training program.
l Support head office and sites training forecasting and delivery to ensure fulfillment of business targets.
l Maintain training database which includes training records and notifications. Keep and maintain all training profiles. Run reports as necessary for management.
l Develop/Improve training service levels to businesses. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs. Monitor the training process and make analysis for training process improvement;
l Supervise and/or participate in the design and writing of training materials.
l Maintain a good relationship with consulting companies and select suitable external resources.
l Assist Training & Development manager on other projects/issues as required.
Part2. Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
(1)Key technical skills and knowledge.
l Bachelor or above;
l Knowledge of other HRM module;
l Good facilitation and presentation skills; Good interpersonal and execution skill;
l Good English spoken and written
l Advanced knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, PPT), Outlook, etc.
l Minimum 5 years HR experience and 3 years' experience in T&D related field; Demonstrated ability in people management.
l Optimistic, able to work under pressure; Solid experience on customer interactions will be a plus.
(2)Performance Measures/ KPIs
l Minimum 3 completed training projects;
l Minimum 2 mastered training courses;
l Know-how about training effectiveness measurement, etc.
B) Describe the most important Leadership competencies required of the individual.
(5-8 competencies from VBLD, TOP 3 are mandatory competencies)
