Responsibility:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing or National Business;
2.3 years administration experince;
3.Good command of spoken and written english and chinese;
4.Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Access;
5.Good english speaking ,reading and writing;
6.Good communication skills and a consistent positive attitude.
Job Description:
1.Define Sales Forecast in agreement with linemanager. Implement Regional KPIs and define Channel Brand Push-Out;
2.Establish Promotion Plan following Head Office requirements. Consolidate detailed plan of the Areas;
3.Improve Promoter and Sampling Productivity;
4.Implement product assortment in the Channels according to guidelines and implement Merchandising guidelines;
5.Implement promtions according to agreed plan and follow-up on execution. Ensure execution according to instructions;
6.Provide reports on time: Targets, Promotion Plan, Promotion Evaluation (incl. pics), Investment by Customer & Off-Take.
