4、 杰出的文字功底、方案策划能力、提案制作和陈述能力；
5、 较好的人际沟通能力，较强的组织、协调能力，灵活、机智的处事能力；
6、 具备良好的健康心理素质、积极处事态度，有强烈的工作责任心和团队合作精神，能承担较大的工作压力；
7、协助部门负责人组织协调工作、项目执行部日常管理及上级交办任务；
8、协助部门负责人将活动策划方案转化为具体的执行方案，细化工作流程，严格按照时间节点和质量要求完成工作。

职位要求：
1、英语专业毕业，听说读写精通；
2、 良好的沟通能力，应变能力及表达能力，有同行工作经验 优先考虑；
3、 有良好的心理素质、积极处事的态度，在项目执行中积极调动团队的合作积极性；
4、 具有良好的学习、思维敏捷，条理清晰强烈的责任感，为人正直诚信遵守职业道德；
5、 熟练操作各种办公软件，具有高度的工作热情，能够承受较强的工作压力，性格乐观开朗，谦虚谨慎，能适应出差和加班。
