岗位描述：
1、能够独立完成所负责项目的活动策划与执行工作；
2、对国内营销行业具有敏锐的嗅觉和洞察力；
3、保证活动策划、执行的质量并监控执行情况。
4、对整个项目具有决定性地推动作用。

任职要求：
1、相关专业毕业，独立负责大型项目3年以上，
2、思维缜密清晰、文笔流畅、有较强的广告策划和文案撰写能力；
3、有大型客户开拓经验，较强的组织、管理、业务公关和谈判能力；
4、同等岗位工作经验1年以上，独立或领导团队完成过投资项目的调研及策划或完成过公关活动、大型展会的策划及计划等，熟练掌握计划、预算、执行的细节特点及操作管控流程；
5、具有优秀的开拓思想及强烈的广告、公关意识，具有大中型公关策划、独立提案能力；
6、沟通能力强，能够独立代表公司与上下环节、不同的相关客户对接、谈判，具备一定的策划、设计团队管理能力、组织能力、协调能力；
7、对品牌策划有丰富的实际操作经验。
