Job Purpose
§ Developing and driving forward business in terms of acquiring new accounts and building a qualified pipeline of opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
§ Report to CEO
§ Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.
§ Works with and engages on marketing campaigns to drive prospects
§ Works with the Group Integration and Product Development teams to ensure the product solutions match client needs
§ Takes accountability of bid management
§ Participates in the negotiation of contractual terms and conditions; and works with the xxx Integration teams to ensure smooth transition upon securing a project.
§ Develops and implements sales plans and activities; continuously builds, develops and maintains a pipeline of qualified new opportunities.
§ Maintains an on-going relationship with prospective clients continuously assessing and communicating how xxx can meet their needs.
§ Ensure revenue in service offerings are in line with current business plan and provide information for quarterly management reporting; achieving set objectives and targets.
§ Develop and maintain a specialist understanding of xxx Group’s offerings; including product and consulting / MCM2 services.
§ Understand and remain up to date with industry trends and client challenges to effectively communicate business values
Functional Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
§ Retail or E-commerce background; ideally with some system integration knowledge
§ At least 4 years of sales experience; in particular, selling retail or consultancy solutions.
§ Demonstrated track record of sales in the local market; preferably with Multi-channel integrated solutions such as online and offline selling
§ Proven track record of over achievement against quota
§ Experience responding to tenders and Request For Proposals
§ Training and evidence of structured sales methodology such as Solution Selling, Target Account Selling or equivalent
§ Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in business related such as Sales and Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
§ Ability to speak confidently and write fluently in both English and Chinese

Requirements
§ Experience responding to tenders and Request For Proposals
§ Demonstrate clearly a sales track record in the local market with Multi-channel integrated solutions preferred such as online and offline selling
§ At least 4 year(s) of working experience with sales experience and have demonstrated experience in selling retail products or consultancy solutions.
§ Proven track record of over achievement against quota
§ E-commerce background with some system integration knowledge is ideal
§ Experience in being responsible from end to end sales activities inclusive structuring sales quota goals to revenue realization will be an advantage.
§ Training and evidence of structured sales methodology such as Solution Selling, Target Account Selling or equivalent
§ Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in business related such as Sales and Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
