Job Discriptions:

1 Monitors both import/domestic inbound performance in terms of quality and lead time including customs brokerage, CIQ clearance, domestic pick up, etc.

2 Working closely with product team to perform shipment release/defective return/buy back activities for physical and system operation for wholesale & retail business.

3 Responsible for supplier's payment request checking and ensure all amount accuracy.

4 Coordinate with sales team, product team and franchisee to ensure the allocated goods are shipped out timely, control the monthly sales target are in line with target.

5 Participates in on-going implementation of cost control/logistic expense analysis and operational procedures in order to increase service levels.

6 Responsible for periodic physical inventory taking with distribution canter and stores, reconciling and report them to management, and make necessary adjustments.

7 Work with 3PL service providers to supervise & streamline the deliveries of merchandisers to our retail stores on a regular basis or according to our requirements.

8 Support management team to provide logistic data, performance report or other requirement.

9 Supervise outsourced/consignment warehouse service and monitor inventory in warehouse to be safe and accurate with system.

Qualifications:

1.At least 3 years working experience of shipping/logistics operations in retail industry. Apparel industry working experience is preferred.

2.Team work with good communication skill with both internal and external parties in local language as well as in English,both written and verbal.

3.Familiar with retail business in logistic, distributions and warehouse management.

4.Self-motivated and good in number and logically talented, willing to travel.
