POSITION OBJECTIVE职位目标:

1)Support Sales team to develop and execute of an annual Territory Plan well. Try the best to sale the products so as to enlarge the marketing quotient.
2）Help to support the work of relevant department.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1)To find and develop new marketing opportunities.
2)Collect, analyze clients, agents, sectors, competitors, etc. marketing databases, define/Communicate Client
3)Needs/Market Conditions, find opportunities, track/Forecast and follow up, make relevant reports.
4)Develop sales and marketing tools, DR solutions.
5)Offer the advice for improvement about products and services according to the needs of customers and changeable market.
6)Initiate/promote & advertise company products and service, such as, conduct seminars, attend in exhibitions.
7)Assist sales team to deal with daily sales/marketing activities, such as client Relationship Management, Opportunity Management (O2O), Tools/System Maintenance.
8)Maintain the good relationship with existing customers and pay a return visit to them so as to improve their satisfaction.
9)Achieve annual HSE target and comply with safety regulars and permit requirements. Demonstrate priority and commitment through personal behavior. Ensure implementation of the safety regulars and procedures to comply with the safety management system.

FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT or MIN YEARS of EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

？ Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanic engineering.
？ Must be fluent in Mandarin and English Language.
？ Microsoft Office
？ With more than 3 years working experience in the position as an accounting manager.
？ Machinery industry work experience is preferred.
