数据库开发高级工程师/Database Development Sr. Engineer (Oracle/SQL Server)

工作职责：
1. 负责业务平台数据库设计、开发、升级、调优和中间件维护；
2. 负责数据库相关的辅助程序开发，负责数据库开发项目的规划、执行和管理；
3. 负责解决技术难题，带领团队技术攻关；
4. 负责数据库的监控、管理与维护, 制定数据库监控策略,备份和恢复策略,容灾策略；
5. 负责数据库的性能优化，探查系统潜在的问题和可能的性能瓶颈，并进行优化；
6. 负责数据备份与恢复管理，负责数据库系统异常问题处理，协助异常业务事件处理；
7. 根据数据需求，提供数据查询和相关数据统计，以及报表开发的服务；
8. 对开发工程师的SQL语句进行审核，SQL优化，配合研发制定数据库技术方案，分库分表策略，数据迁移方案；
9. 研究数据库架构和开展数据库优化，提高系统的稳定性和健壮性，为其它部门提供数据库专业技术支持。

职位要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历,计算机专业及相关专业，3年以上数据库管理和开发经验；
2. 有大型数据库管理经验或架构经验；
3. 熟悉linux/Unix 操作系统，有一定的脚本编程能力和系统管理经验；
4. 精通MySQL，Oracle数据库设计、扩容、管理与优化,熟悉myisam和innodb引擎；
5. 熟练分析MySQL语句性能，精通MySQL索引、分表等优化措施的设计和实施，并配合开发人员优化数据库访问语句；
6. 精通MySQL，Oracle数据库部署、备份与恢复。
