The job holder is to provide professional freight forwarding services in accordance with
established standard operating procedures (SOP's) as well as other Company guidelines &
-regulations and provide support in all related areas as directed by the direct line manager.
The job holder shall further provide support and assistance to junior team members as
requested and where necessary.

Provide Project Freight Forwarding Services in accordance to established SOP's
- Build and maintain a professional and excellent operational reputation by providing first
class services to customers as well as to cooperating Jas offices worldwide
- Personally achieve and contribute to achieving projected profits per operational file
- Maintain and extend business relationships
- Ensure efficient administration of operational files
- Support and guide team members in day-to-day operations as required and/or directed by
the direct superior or line manager
- Actively contribute to build and maintain a good and professional working atmosphere and team spirit
