Report to: Customer Service Manager
POSITION: Customer Service
SALARY: CNY 2500 ~ 3000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In direct and tight cooperation with the Customer Service manager & Operation Manager
- Provide document support during daily work
- To follow, communicate; meet with all the suppliers/existing customers
- Daily shipment tracking and Report information update
- Actively participant any type of team training and activities
