【工作职责】

1.与需求分析人员沟通，了解业务流程及客户需求；
2.提出系统开发方案，进行系统构架设计，撰写开发设计文档；
3.基于Microsoft Dynamics Navision平台，进行Incadea DMS产品开发；
4.配合相关人员进行系统测试；
5.团队知识共享。

【任职要求】

1.计算机相关专业，大学本科或以上学历；
2.2年以上Navision或其它ERP系统开发经验；
3.熟悉软件开发流程，熟练使用SQL Server数据库；
4.良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神，以客户为中心；
5.良好的规范化代码编写习惯；
6.熟练使用MS Office软件（Visio，Excel，Word，PowerPoint）；
7.较强的英语水平，能够轻松阅读英文资料，编写英文文档。

【优先条件】


1.具有Incadea，或Navision平台其它产品开发经验
2.了解汽车行业业务流程（批售、销售及售后）及IT系统 (ERP, DMS)。

Responsibility:

1.Communicate with BA to understand the business process and customer requirements
2.Propose the development, structure the system design, and work out the comprehensive development design documentation
3.Incadea DMS Development based in Microsoft Dynamics Navision
4.System testing
5.Knowledge share within team

Required Qualification:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science
2.2+ years experience in development in Navision or other ERP systems
3.Familiar with software development life cycle and using SQL Server
4.Good skills in communication, awareness of teamwork and customer-centric
5.Good customs in standardized coding
6.Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
7.Good English skills in both reading and writing

Preferred:

1.Development experience in Incadea or other products in Navision

2.Knowledge of processes in automobile industry (wholesales, sales and after sales), or the related IT systems (ERP or DMS)
