1、熟悉C#或者C/C++的经验

2、熟练掌握ASP.net 和 JavaScript

3、熟悉面向对象的设计

4、熟悉设计模式，重构

5、熟练掌握数据库技术Oracle, MySQL 或者 SQL Server

6、良好的英文沟通能力，尤其是听说能力

2、在英语环境下工作，加入本地敏捷开发团队，和各国顶尖的工程师一起开发炫酷的软件产

UDL is a new founded researching company in Beijing which comes from German institute IAD (Institute for Ergonomics at the Technical University Darmstadt)-one of the earliest and leading researching institute in the field ergonomics/usability engineering in Europe.
